Architectural Shingles Remove, replace, haul and dispose of shingles
Shingles Warranty 30-Year shingle warranty provided by manufacturer
Bitumen Roof Remove and Install bitumen roof, if required
Drip-Edge Remove old drip-edge and replace with new
Pipe Jacks & Goosenecks Remove existing pipe Jacks (lead boots) & goosenecks and replace with new
Exhaust Cap Remove old exhaust caps and replace with new
Inspect for Nails Sweep perimeter to check for any remaining nails
Decking Re-Nail decking per Code Compliance
Felt Underlayment Remove present underlayment, with new double synthetic felt underlayment per New Florida Building Code
Valley & Rolled Metal Warranty Paper Valleys Line-Up with Ice & Water Shield along with rolled metal
Warranty 5-Year Limited Labor Warranty
Permitting Fees All Permitting Fees are Included
Wood We cover up to 5 plywoods, after the 5th plywood is $50 per plywood
Ventilation All Penetrations and Ventilations to be Replaced and Brought Up to Code *Where and If Necessary
Building/Manufacturer Code Bring Area to Proper Building, Manufacturer and County/City Code
Dumpster Haul and Dispose of Debris/Waste

We charge $50 per plywood and $5 per linear foot of wood.

We charge $1,500 in the event there is double shingle in the roof.

Terms & Conditions

Our payment process goes as follows: 50% of the total estimate shall be paid to start the permitting process and the other 50% shall be paid after the certificate of completion is issued.
